This detailed introductory course will include the fundamentals of drying, process design of dryers, and methods for improving dryer efficiency and reducing costs in the process industries.
Instructors are Harman D. DuMont, who has worked in the drying industry for more than 50 years, and Jim Schak, a chemical engineer with GEA Niro Inc., a manufacturer of spray, fluid bed, and swirl fluidizer dryers.
