Keith McGuire is the Structural Engineering Director for CST Storage, Parsons Kansas, a division of CST Industries, Inc. specializing in the design and fabrication of bolted and welded storage tanks, silos, support structures, aluminum domes, and accessories for a wide variety of liquid and bulk solids applications. Mr. McGuire is active in numerous standards committees including AWWA, ASME, and NFPA.  A Professional Engineer licensed in five states, he has worked in the CST Engineering Department since 1977 upon graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree specializing in structural, mechanical, and civil engineering.
