Heavy-Duty Incline Checkweigher and Reject System
The Model 4693HD in-motion checkweigher and Model 10313 sweep-arm reject system can operate on up to a 12° incline without affecting performance or weighing accuracy. The checkweigher has weight range capacities from 10 to 110 lb and can handle production rates up to 60 bags/min. Scale conveyors range in length from 28 to 54 in. and have standard belt widths of 24 in. Extra-heavy-duty frame construction and commonly available drive components make for a reliable and trouble-free checkweigher system.

Net Weigh Scale
Built for industrial applications, the Model 600NW net weigh scale combines a robust design with increased accuracy and high-speed operation. The scale comes in simplex or duplex configurations. Speeds on the simplex model are in excess of 20 bags/min; speeds on the duplex model are in excess of 40 bags/min. Gravity, belt, vibratory, gravity and vibratory, and other feeder types are available. The unit can support automatic bagging when combined with a form-fill-seal machine, or manual bagging on bag-hanging chutes.

Lifting Scale for Sanitary Applications
The PUA679 floor scale allows for quick and easy washdown in sanitary applications. Lifting the front handles tilts the entire scale up to provide complete access for cleaning the floor and underside of the scale. A pair of built-in gas springs enables one person to lift the scale manually with minimal effort. Designed for easy cleaning, the scale is manufactured with smooth stainless-steel surfaces and continuous welds that eliminate the corners and gaps where contaminants can collect. There is no pit to clean out and no need to recalibrate the scale after cleaning.

Dough Weigher
The CK Doughweigher provides weight inspection of dough pieces. It provides high accuracy and reliability due to new auto-zero technology. Along with providing valuable weight data, the unit has high-powered, long-life ac motors that ensure maximum reliability. It also offers hygienic open-frame architecture, and compact design for the most confined line layouts, along with full stainless-steel construction that meets IP65 standards. The dust-tight display is easy to operate and can check 100% of dough weights in minutes.

Batch Controller
Used in conjunction with the Sartorius x-family, Combics Pro, and other PLC controllers, ProBatch+software offers users efficient management of original raw material and recipe data. This powerful software program allows for visual presentation of the running process and enables all batch procedures to be both visually monitored and easily controlled. It can supervise and monitor a single scale, or simultaneously control up to 16 production lines and scales operating in parallel. In addition, the software is extremely flexible and can be used for simple applications or larger process automation tasks.

Modular Weighing System
The Accu-Portion modular weighing system maintains accuracy up to 0.1% regardless of supply bin capacity or the quantity of automated ingredients. Modules are capable of feeding and weighing up to 12 ingredients and can also be combined to handle 32 or more ingredients within a system. They can also process multiple scales simultaneously, thereby maximizing production speed. Modules are available in multiple supply-bin configurations and scale hopper designs that eliminate product cross-contamination. These modular designs allow for system expansion or modification. PC/PLCs provide real-time batching data such as weight, batching status, alarm conditions, and batch history.

Bulk-Bag-to-Bin Weigh Batching System
This dust-free bulk-bag weigh batching system discharges material from bulk bags, de-lumps the product, and feeds it gravimetrically into rigid bins. It features a manual Spout-Lock clamp ring at the top of a pneumatically actuated Tele-Tube telescoping tube. A Power-Cincher pneumatically actuated flow control valve cinches the bag spout concentrically, which allows for dust-free retying of partially empty bags. Flow-Flexer bag activators promote material flow into the bag discharge spout. A low-profile de-lumping device breaks up agglomerates and discharges into a gravimetric feeder that is connected via a PLC to a floor scale, which allows for the loading of accurate batch weights.

Batch/Dump Weighing Systems
The Model 403B(D) batch/dump weighing system consists of a hopper for dry solids that is integrally mounted onto an overhead-type weighing system that is designed for reliable and accurate batch weighing applications. For dry solids applications, product is typically fed into the scale-mounted hopper by a volumetric feeder. When it is required to batch weigh more than one product in a single weigh hopper, each material is individually batched.

Scale Hopper
This scale hopper uses three load cells to integrate batch weighing in a pneumatic conveying system. Producing a margin of error no greater than ±0.5% of full-scale capacity, the unit is designed to accurately weigh loads, even when material is unevenly distributed. The hopper inlet is equipped with a tangential entry baffle that mates to an aeropass valve, which provides for better material-air separation. This reduces carryover and allows for more-consistent filling of the hopper. The hopper features three evenly spaced support lugs that are used to suspend the hopper from load cells. The load ring can be bolted or welded into place for easy installation.

Weighing and Batching Systems
Customized weighing and batching systems feature a unique scale control feature that is designed to accommodate bulk materials. Complete with fast and slow feeding, an automatic target-weight preact function, and an auto jog, the system allows for independent control of each ingredient, thereby improving process efficiency and productivity. Multiple weigh hoppers or loss-in-weight feeders can be used to formulate batches. Liquid-addition scale systems are also available.

High-Speed Net Weigher
This gravity-fed, electronic, net weigh scale combines the speed of a duplex model with all of the advantages of a simplex model. This includes reduced overall dimensions, in-line discharge, lower cost, and quick changeover. It includes a weigh hopper directly suspended from two strain-gauge load cells and a servomotor-controlled feed gate that enables production speeds of up to 35 weighments per minute. The weigher also offers excellent control of feeding. The equipment’s advanced weight controller has more than 200 weight programs and provides performance feedback, fine-tuning capabilities, statistical data, and more. It can be integrated into automatic bagging lines for premade open-mouth bags, or for bags made from a film roll. The gravity feeder is used for continuous feeding of free-flowing materials such as grain, refined sugar, rice, seed, beans, plastic pellets, granular fertilizer, salt, and wood pellets.
