Twin-Auger Open-Mouth Bag Filler
The Model 4192 twin-auger open-mouth bag filler is derived from the company’s Weigh Master series of auger fillers to provide higher output rates while maintaining product control and weighing accuracy. Filling rates of 7 to 10 50-lb bags/min and accuracies of ±2/10 of a pound can be achieved depending on product characteristics. The 4192 provides bulk and dribble feed through PLC VFD control of the augers, achieving improved productivity when handling a wide range of materials from very fine and aerated to sticky hard-to-feed product.

FIBC and Bag Pallets
Inca presswood pallets feature a molded unibody design and are ideal for use with FIBCs and multiple-bag unit loads. There are no nails or staples that can puncture bags. The molded deck catches product spills, eliminates bag sagging between pallet deck boards, and protects against fork-tine puncture. The pallets are available in many standard domestic sizes including 48 × 40 in., Euro metric sizes 1200 × 800 mm and 600 × 800 mm, and a new 24 × 40 in. size. Their nestability allows 50 pallets per stack, which saves on shipping expenses and valuable warehouse space.

Stainless-Steel Feeders
Small-scale conveying equipment is used everywhere that fine-grained bulk materials and simply shaped mass parts must be delivered, conveyed, dosed, batched, spread, or distributed from storage vessels. FDL feeders are in use in a variety of applications in a range of industries. Applications include chemicals, plastics, food, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, cosmetics, and paper. In addition, the feeders are used in refineries and foundries. FDL vibratory dosing feeders are manufactured with stainless-steel troughs or mild steel. An optional integrated hopper is available.

Abrasion-Resistant Aerators
VibraPad aerators are designed to increase the flow rate and consistency of dry bulk materials. The aerators can be purchased in kits for easy installation in bins, hoppers, silos, and bulk carriers. They combine fluidizing air with mechanical vibration to set dry bulk materials in motion, eliminating the bridging, rat-holing, and compacting of dry bulk solids that can cause plugging, slow or erratic conveying, and processing downtime. Durable and abrasion-resistant, they can be used with
most dry solids and are available in silicon rubber or neoprene for sanitary applications.

Manual Dumping Station
A manual dumping station collects dust created during manual dumping of bulk solid materials from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers. Hoppers are available with a pickup adapter for pneumatic conveying lines (shown), rotary airlock valve, or outlets that connect to a flexible screw conveyor, other types of conveyors, or process equipment.

Fluidized-Bed Dryer/Cooler
This fluidized-bed dryer/cooler can operate at temperatures as high as 1112°F, reducing the cost and the size of the equipment needed. Coupled with a unique shaking-mechanism design, it provides complete control over product residence time, resulting in energy savings. Controlled evaporative cooling with heat recovery, latent heat recirculation, or a combination of both results in 60% less fuel consumption than rotary dryers and other fluid-bed technologies. With an integrated cooling section, product exits the system cool enough to be directly packaged or stored without bag deformation or condensation. Discharged air is collected at the top of the dryer or cooler, and the fines are removed by cyclone or bag filtration. The filtered air is then returned to the process either in the main air supply or in a special dryer zone, depending on product drying characteristics.

Hand Cleaner
Permatex-brand Fast Orange hand cleaners dissolve grease and grime. The citrus extract (d-limonene distilled from orange oil) features added conditioners that prevent hands from drying out. All cleaning agents are nontoxic and biodegradable. Fast Orange pumice lotion hand cleaner and smooth lotion hand cleaner are industrial-grade products, yet gentle on the skin. Made with skin-protecting aloe, lanolin, glycerin, and jojoba, they do not contain petroleum solvents, ammonia, mineral oils, or other harsh chemicals that can sting cuts and abrasions.

Fluid-Bed Processor
Circular vibratory fluid-bed dryers, coolers, and moisturizers are available with a new air-lift device that allows rapid disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of the fluid-bed processing chamber. The interior of the unit is easily accessed for thorough washdown by loosening a clamp ring assembly that connects the top and bottom housing sections. Then the air-lift device is activated to raise the upper section. Lifting the fluid-bed processor’s upper frame and cover assembly pneumatically allows operators to access its interior much faster. Depending on the diameter of the unit, one operator can now perform what was previously a two-person task. The self-contained system has a circular fluid-bed processor, a heating/cooling/moisturizing unit, and a blower and cyclone separator on a single skid. With on-site connections to a power source, a bag house, and a material inlet and outlet, the system is ready to run.

Compact Stacker
With lift heights of 62, 98, and 122 in. and a full capacity of 2200 lb, the Power Stak line of compact stackers has a narrow mast design and an offset control handle, providing operators with a clear view of what’s in front of them with virtually no blind spots. An ergonomically designed handle puts all controls within easy reach for maximum operator comfort and convenience. Forward- and reverse-drive “thumb” switches are located on both sides of the handle to accommodate left- or right-handed operation. An autoreversing belly switch protects operators from potential injury when they walk the unit backwards, while an automatic brake immediately halts travel when the stacker is reversed.
