Gas-Tight Blowers
Omega G–series gas-tight rotary blowers feature a double piston ring and hardened-steel gas and oil seals for reliable sealing and long service life. Seal vents may be piped back to suction or purged for single-envelope, gas-tight operation. The input-shaft double-lip seals with an oil barrier prevent air ingress as well as fugitive gas emissions. The mounted and piped reservoir provides visual indication of seal condition. These units are ideal for applications such as closed-loop nitrogen systems. They are available in flows to 5400 cfm at pressures up to 15 psi or vacuum up to 15 in.Hg. These blowers carry a two-year warranty. Bare shaft or complete package units with enclosures are available.

Improved Automatic Rope Tensioner
The patented AMC AutoTensioner is an integral automatic rope tensioning, monitoring, and adjustment system for aeromechanical conveyors. It automatically measures and adjusts rope tension and indicates when the rope is worn and needs to be replaced. As a result, rope life is increased by up to 40% due to continuous monitoring. Time and labor costs are also reduced since operations are checked automatically instead of manually, downtime for maintenance is reduced, and productivity is increased. For high-altitude applications, automatic monitoring eliminates the need to use scaffolding or long ladders to check tensioning and rope wear.
