The company uses standard size plastic bulk bins to build new containers with widths ranging from 12 to 48 in., and virtually any length or height. Unlike off-the-shelf containers, these containers can also incorporate drop doors, open walls, and solid walls on any or all sides of the containers, in any combination. The units allow customers to match the container size to their part sizes perfectly, eliminating wasted space that may occur inside a standard size container. Mechanical Silo Unloader
The patented arch breaker features a vertical spindle fitted with flexible blades to ensure the mechanical discharge of dry solid materials from silos, rigid bins, or hoppers, while preventing the bulk material from jamming, bridging, compacting, or ratholing caused by vibration or fluidization. The unit not only gently and efficiently discharges dry solids, but integrates one, two, three, or four precise volumetric screw feeders. Each screw feeder is totally independent and can feed up to 15,000 lb/hr with different length and throughput variations.

V-Shaped Agitator Hopper
This V-shaped agitator hopper is designed to provide a steep material feed angle to induce flow of process materials that are non-free-flowing. The hopper is constructed with a 60-degree wall slope. Material is fed into the solid core auger trough that runs the entire length of the hopper. Heavy gauge hopper and framework construction easily processes batch weights up to 2800 lb or 80 cu ft.

Circular Bin Discharger
The FloMaster circular bin discharger is a compact and totally enclosed positive discharge aid for hoppers and silos where the material to be handled has characteristics that make it difficult to discharge or control. A rotating arch breaker arm travels around the hopper bottom section of the silo breaking any bridge of material that may have formed. This ensures a flow of material to the discharger is supplied to the single-, twin-, or three-stage units suiting the characteristics of the material to be handled and the throughputs required. Fabricated in mild steel, the FloMaster is designed to handle a wide variety of materials ranging from cocoa to wood flour. Capacities up to 200 tn/hr are achievable with the two standard bin sizes of 32 and 40 in. in diameter.

These dry ingredient tank dispensers are manufactured from rotationally molded polyethylene that provides superior performance to steel or stainless steel for high density/high molecular weight powders. They have a liquid-smooth interior that, combined with the dispenser’s geometry, provides excellent flow characteristics. Polyethylene tank dispensers are durable and remain sweat-free when temperatures fluctuate. Sizes range from 3.5 to 110 cu ft. For high-density powder applications, tank dispensers have a highly uniform wall thickness of 5/8 in. with 1-in. material at the bottom discharge for larger sizes and capacities.
