The Delumper Bagstation is a preengineered bag dump system designed for unloading, deagglomerating, and freshening lumpy bagged solids while introducing them into a production process. The unit facilitates convenient manual opening of small- to medium-sized bags without creating a dusty environment. It incorporates a built-in delumper processor to reduce agglomerates and lumps and facilitate uniform product flow while the bags are being emptied. The system features durable stainless-steel construction, a bag grating platform, a discharge hopper, and a mounted control system.

Dual Rotor Crushers

Sanitary Rotary Declumper
A low-profile rotary declumper reduces agglomerates and friable materials that are discharged from process equipment, storage vessels, and shipping containers. Material entering the square inlet is reduced in size by dual rotors with three-point, single-piece, stainless-steel breaking heads that rotate with minimum clearance inside a curved, perforated bed screen. On-size material ranging in size from 1/32 to 2½ in. in diameter exits through apertures in the bed screen. Both the rotor assembly and the bed screen can be removed rapidly for cleaning or replacement. At 11 in. high, the unit is designed to fit in restricted spaces.

Using instantaneous grinding action, the IMD 8 chia seed Gran-U-Lizer produces a fine grind on numerous oil seeds, including chia seed, without elevating product temperatures or turning the seeds into paste.
