Classifier Mills
Booth 1405 – The CLM series of classifier mills is a combination of two stages of closed-circuit grinding and air classification in one unit. Materials that are difficult to grind and those that require a finer grind and/or a narrower particle distribution curve than is practical to produce in a fine grinder often require the capabilities of the CLM classifier mill. Large particles not completely ground in the first stage of this grinder are rejected by the built-in classifier and sent to a separate part of the grinding rotor designed to handle these more difficult items. They are reground and then reclassified.

Hammer Mill
The Model 141 hammer mill reduces friable and fibrous materials into uniform particle sizes from 20 to 300 mesh. Centrifugal force causes pivoting hammers to stand at 90° to the rotating shaft, throwing material against breaker plate ridges in the feed section, and then against perforated 270° bed screens through which sized material exits. Particle size is determined by the size of the screen perforations. The mill can pulverize wood scraps, process grain, break down housings, destroy ammunition shells, pulverize newspaper, separate rubber from cord fiber, and reduce the size of a variety of other chemical, plastic, rubber, and agricultural products.

Ultrasanitary Crusher
Booth 2734 – The Delumper S4-series crusher features an ultrasanitary design, powerful crushing capabilities, and positive once-through chopping action that reduces product to a desired output without overgrinding. This precision-built crusher is specifically designed to meet the high standards of the food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries. It reduces homogenous or heterogenous materials, dry powders, and resinous hard or soft agglomerates without degrading the product or causing a rise in temperature. The unit operates with a low noise level and minimal vibration and is engineered to fit into open or closed systems via flanged connections, such as ducts, chutes, or pipes. A convenient side door provides easy access to the interior and allows the entire internal mechanism to slide out or be cleaned in place.

Cage Mill
Booth 1500 – The H-series cage mill is a selective crushing, controlled-impact, multicage mill for sizing minerals and agglomerates, whole grains, chemicals, ores, and many other materials. Wet, sticky, and dry materials are sized into uniform particles. The unit is available in 2-, 4-, or 6-row designs and in four sizes up to 250 tph. Also available in stainless-steel construction, this cage mill features air cannons and heaters to help prevent buildup of wet, sticky materials and a hydraulic ram for opening and closing the mill.
