Quick-Clean Centrifugal Screener
The Model MO-SS Centri-Sifter centrifugal screener features a hinged end cover and three-bearing shaft that cantilevers for quick removal of internal components. External roller bearings are located at the motor end of the shaft and on a hinged cover at the discharge end for maximum support and vibration-free operation. When the end cover is hinged open, the shaft becomes a cantilever supported by a third externally mounted roller bearing located between the motor-end bearing and material feed point, allowing internal components to slide freely from the opposite shaft end for thorough washdown. The screener is constructed of stainless steel finished to 3-A, FDA, BISSC, and other sanitary standards required for food, dairy, and pharmaceutical applications, as well as general chemical applications involving frequent screen changes and inspections or runs of multiple materials with no cross-contamination.

Compact and Portable Sifter
The Mini Sifter eliminates oversized contamination from powders to improve product quality. A small motor vibrates the unit allowing particles smaller than the mesh size to pass though the apertures while larger particles stay on top of the mesh. The “straight through” design allows for higher throughputs. An optional outlet can be added to continuously remove contamination. Because the unit quickly disassembles without the need for tools, operators can efficiently change or clean the mesh screen between different batches and product changes. This improves plant productivity while reducing downtime and labor costs at every screen change, inspection, or cleaning. Operator safety can be further increased with the safety vibratory motor and a motor cover. It is extremely quiet in operation, typically less than 70 dBA.

Free-Swinging Sifter
The HS sifter is designed for applications with large screen-area requirements as well as multiple separations. It is a high-capacity machine made in two, four, six, or eight sections with sieve heights from 17 to 30 sieves. It provides highly accurate separations. Custom sizes can also be manufactured. This company has developed many special features specifically for the process requirements dictated by corn milling.

Vibratory Screeners
These light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vibratory screening machines cross a broad range of bulk-handling industries. Single-mass linear-motion scalping, safety, classifying, and grizzly screens are designed to meet exact application and work envelope requirements, while delivering durable maintenance-free operation. These one-, two-, or three-deck screening machines are available with woven wire, perforated plate, finger grid, polyurethane, or rubber-screen deck material.

Rugged Separator
The MX separator is a new-generation unit with design features that increase safety, provide a stronger construction, and allow for a more sanitary process. The totally enclosed weight guard prevents “reach-in” injuries, complying with CE standards. The rugged construction of the MX utilizes conical construction, rather than flat plates, creating a more rigid geometric structure. The open-base construction allows for cleaning underneath the unit, preventing dirt and product buildup.

Gyratory Screener
The Apex screener retains the proven gyratory motion and efficient processing characteristics of the Rotex screener but incorporates new performance and service features designed for increased process uptime within your production line. New side-access doors enable quick and easy screen maintenance by one person. The gyratory motion of the near-horizontal screen surface combined with a positive screen mesh cleaning system provides high efficiency and capacity. The screener is used for dry separation screening of chemicals, fertilizers, salt/potash/soda ash, feed pellets, meat meal, bakeries and cereals, corn processing, starch, sweeteners, forest products, commodity pellets, resin, pet food, oil seed processing, grain cleaning, engineered pellets, metal powder, rubber processing, soaps, and detergents.
