Magnetic Pulley
This uniform axial interpole permanent magnetic pulley transforms a belt conveyor into a powerful self-cleaning magnetic separator. The pulley easily removes contaminants from materials conveyed on belts, preventing machinery damage and product contamination in sand, gravel, limestone, recyclables, wood products, food, chemical, mining, rock products, ceramic, paper, coal handling, and foundry operations. The pulley utilizes powerful magnetic strength to deliver optimum separation performance. Magnetic and nonmagnetic materials are separated and sent to designated trajectories. It features a rugged steel construction that makes it ideal for use in severe applications including extra-long conveyors, heavy-duty loads, or start-stop operations.

Thermal Screw Conveyors
This thermal screw conveyor line is ideal for applications that require product streams to be cooled, heated, or dried, as well as conveyed from one location to another. This design incorporates a jacketed heat exchanger surrounding the trough exterior and optional separate circuits through the shaft, as well as hollow flight of the auger for additional capacity. Hot water, oil, steam, and cooling water and glycols can be used in these units in lengths and auger diameters to suit the heat balance and capacity requirements. The conveyors are available in any suitable material of construction and surface finish. Integrated controls, which are factory mounted and tested, are also available.

Tubular Drag Conveyor
This dust-free tubular drag conveyor contains materials and can be engineered into a facility with multiple pickups and multiple outlet points. A single conveyor can replace many conveyors, thereby simplifying the process while saving time and money. It is designed to run in multiple directions and planes while providing continuous gentle material handling. A heavy-duty chain, not a cable, means that it can be stopped and restarted under a full load.

Horizontal-Motion Conveyor
The Slipstick horizontal-motion conveyor offers a variety of discharge gate options. The plug gate is designed for maximum sanitation and protection of the product stream from contamination, presenting only welded stainless steel in the product zone. Designed for rugged use, the cost-efficient standard slide gate features a UHMW gate plate retained by stainless-steel guide rails. Used to control the split of a product flow into multiple streams, the proportioning gate has adjustable presets for changing relative proportions of each split during operation. The rail gate is used for handling products that tend to build residue on contacting surfaces, or for environments where sticky or abrasive dust is present. The pinch-free gate is used for sticky products or for products that are vulnerable to damage in typical slide gates. The pivot gate offers maximum sealing security against dust leakage without the use of an elastomeric seal in the product zone. Designed for specific product and performance requirements, all discharge gates may be equipped with flow control valves and proximity sensors.

Aeromechanical Conveyor
This aeromechanical conveyor, also known as a rope and disk conveyor, is a high-capacity, totally enclosed mechanical conveyor that conveys vertically up to 60 ft. The high-speed conveyor uses a disk mechanism that fluidizes all flowable solids in a recirculating airstream that provides low-shear conveying of powders or particulates up to 8 in. The unit is ideal for difficult-to-convey materials such as abrasives; moist, sticky materials; or products that pack, cake, smear, or plug, such as titanium dioxide.

Sanitary Feeder-Conveyor
This combination feeder-conveyor for free-flowing and non-free-flowing bulk dairy products, pharmaceutical products, and other contamination-sensitive materials, meets 3-A sanitary standards. A coupling positioned beyond the point at which material exits the discharge spout eliminates the potential of contamination. The coupling also allows for quick disconnection of the screw from the motor drive for washdown. The screw is the only moving part in contact with the material. The unit simultaneously meters and elevates bulk materials, potentially eliminating the need for a separate feeder and conveyor, while reducing the clearance typically required above the receiving vessel for a dedicated feeder. Mobile and high-capacity units are also available.

Tube Conveyors
This complete line of vibrating tube conveyors moves virtually any bulk material without internal parts to wear or break. The machines are available in capacities up to 3000 cu ft/hr, with single unit lengths up to 25 ft. They can be linked together for longer conveying distances and are available in carbon and stainless steel, with finishes to meet virtually any sanitary specification. Optional controls provide a 5:1 feed range and, when connected to a bin activator or bulk bag unloader, feed accuracies of ±2–3% are possible for most materials. They also have the ability to handle fragile particles without degradation. A flexible connection at either end makes the machines entirely dust-tight.
