Brookfield offers the TA-DEC dual extrusion cell fixture for its CT3 texture analyzer. The dual extrusion cell is designed to test the extrudability of a wide variety of products including foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and more. Brookfield works with the customer to develop the proper testing methodology required to achieve consistent test results. In addition to the dual extrusion cell, a variety of probes, fixtures, and jigs are available for a range of applications.
