Pin Mixer Pelletizer
The pin mixer pelletizer Model 30D120L is equipped with a unique double-helix pin arrangement, an inlet flighted section, a rubber-lined chamber, multiple liquid-injection ports, and a VFD-controlled motor. Ready for final inspection before shipping to a waste-material recycling operation, this unit will be used to convert waste material into fertilizer-size pellets. The unit has throughput capacity up to 550 cu ft/hr. Other sizes from 10 to 2200 cu ft/hr are available.

Wet Agglomeration and Instant Mixing
Booth 1029 – By accurately introducing preblended powders and liquids into a specially designed mixing chamber, low- to medium-density agglomerates with good dispersion and solubility can be produced. The Turbulizer can be used for wet agglomeration to produce granules up to 3 mm in size. Features include a single rotor and helical paddles. Paddles have adjustable angles and housing clearances that provide maximum flexibility to control residence times and shear angle. Horizontal orientation increases retention time, which helps form larger and higher-density particles. Jacketed models provide excellent indirect heat transfer. Sanitary
models are available.

Disk Pelletizer
Booth 1600 – A pelletizer is constructed of a heavy, welded, reinforced carbon-steel plate. All inner disk bottoms 6 ft and larger are lined with expanded metal to reduce abrasive wear. The disk angle is easily adjusted from 40° to 60° horizontal by a handwheel-operated jacking screw. The base and the plow support members provide maximum rigidity while simultaneously allowing rapid pan angle adjustment without the need for separate plow adjustment. Individually mounted vane-type plows easily control and maintain the product layer over the disk’s entire surface. The pivot base, a rotating member, is mounted on heavy-duty antifriction bearings.
