The AIRDUC PUR 353 transport hose offers double the service life of conventional polyurethane equivalents. The reduction in material consumption is another outcome of the development process. The hose is specially designed to transport highly abrasive media throughout a long service life. It incurs less wear during the transport process than other hoses. It is more abrasion-proof, yet it uses less material and has a thinner wall. The reduction in material consumption is reflected in a lighter hose weight, which results in increased convenience and quick and easy attachment. The hose provides good resistance to chemicals. It also has optimized flow properties and a high delivery rate. The delivered material is transported particularly gently inside the hose.

Thanks to a patented production method, the AIRDUC PUR 353 can optionally be colored in the bead area according to each customer's specification as a way to strengthen corporate designs through the hose component of the machine. The client's CD is integrated in the production process. With partial coloring, the hose wall between the beads remains transparent, creating a lighter impression compared to full coloring. In addition, transport processes and the material itself can be more easily observed during operation. Process disruptions can be detected without any unnecessary delay, helping to improve the safety of operators and the machine as a whole.
